We may ask you about your health issue when you call to book an appointment.

It is about helping you get the service you need.

On Monday 5th November at the surgery, Healthwatch Bradford & District held a stall where about 15 of our patients give their views about health and social care services in the Bradford District.

Repeat Prescriptions

There is a choice of ways in which repeat prescriptions can be requested:

  • Calling in at the surgery and filling in a repeat prescription request.
  • Fax your request to the surgery on 01274 480703
  • via Systemone online. Please call into the surgery with id for register for this. A short tutorial can be arranged from a member of staff if needed.
  • Handing in the counterfoil on the back of your repeat in to reception or posting it.

As a service to patients some local chemists collect prescriptions from the Surgery. Please ask the receptionist when you request your prescription if you think this service could help you.

Please note prescriptions received before 3pm each day will be ready for collection after 48 hours. Any prescriptions brought after this time will require 1 more working day for collection.


Online Prescriptions

To order prescriptions online requires you to visit the practice and present id and complete the registration process.
