The Practice cannot provide exemption letters.
Please note it will be a telephone appointment in the first instance with the GP. Following assessment if the GP feels a face to face review is needed then this will be arranged too.

A flu vaccine will be available free of charge at the surgery for anyone over the age of 65, pregnant women, those with a serious long-term health condition, those living in a long-stay residential care home, and those who receive carer's allowance/are the main carer for an elderly or disabled person.
If you meet the above criteria and are eligible for the flu vaccine on the NHS, contact reception to book an appointment

If you have symptoms of measles, stay at home and phone your GP or NHS 111 for advice. STAY AWAY from GP surgeries and A&E departments - you could spread the illness to others.
