On Monday 10th September 2018, the Surgery was pleased to welcome our new Patient Engagement Lead (PEL) - Emmerson Walgrove.

Emmerson will be more than happy to take any suggestions you may have on activities, events or services which would be beneficial to both patients and the medical centre.

Complaints

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

In the first instance, please talk to the reception team who are well equipped to sort out most problems. 

If you are not happy with the response and would like to make a complaint, simply contact the Mouna Allam, our Practice Manager by ringing the surgery or email: Mouna.Allam@bradford.nhs.uk who will set all the necessary wheels in motion.

We are continually striving to improve our service. Any helpful suggestions would be much appreciated and a suggestion box is located in the waiting area.
